
Ingredients: 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese,1 tablespoon minced fresh mint,1 clove garlic, minced,1 cup Greek yogurt,1/8 teaspoon kosher salt,1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice,Freshly ground black pepper – several grinds),1/4 red onion, peeled and grated (or very finely minced)
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients, taste for seasoning and allow to sit for at least an hour for the flavors to blend.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, more crumbled feta and serve with meats, breads, vegetables, plain crackers or chips. Enjoy! Makes 1.5 cups
