Ingredients: 3 cups chopped Brussels sprouts,2 tbsp chopped red onion,1/2 cup chopped tomatoes,1 tsp sea salt,1/2 tsp garlic powder,1/4 tsp pepper,1/2 cup cooked chorizo,1/2 cup cooked chorizo,1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F In a separate pan, fully cook the chorizo Oil a medium sized skillet Slice the stems off the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and add to the skillet
- Add the onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan and chorizo to the skillet and fold into the Brussels sprouts
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
