Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packages rapid rise yeast (0.25 oz/pack)
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 pieces eggs, beaten
- 4 cups bread flour
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine hot water and butter. Stir the butter to melt; let cool.
- Add 1 cup sugar to 2 packages of Rapid Rise yeast that has been dissolved in 1 cup warm water.
- Add 2 beaten eggs and water and butter mixture.
- Stir in 4 cups bread flour. Then add up to 3 to 4 more cups of bread flour, one at a time.
- Put in green Tupperware bowl and cover. Let rise in refrigerator overnight.
- Next Day: Makes two 9×13 inch pans (20 rolls each). Shape into golf-ball size balls and put into greased pans.
- Let rise until double, about 3-4 hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
