Ingredients:
- 1 Milk (full cream) litre
- 125 grams Rice, fine powder
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1/4 cup Pistachio chopped
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 3 pinchs Saffron threads
Instructions:
- Pour milk in a pan, add all the above ingredients, cook on low heat with continous stirring, till thick.
- Remove in clay plates, Decorate top with pistachios and safrron threads.
- Cool and serve.
