Firni ( Punjabi Eid Dessert)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Milk (full cream) litre
  • 125 grams Rice, fine powder
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pistachio chopped
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 3 pinchs Saffron threads

Instructions:

  1. Pour milk in a pan, add all the above ingredients, cook on low heat with continous stirring, till thick.
  2. Remove in clay plates, Decorate top with pistachios and safrron threads.
  3. Cool and serve.
