Ginger Lime Thai Dressing

Ingredients: 2 bird’s eye chili, minced,3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped,2 tablespoons fish sauce,2 tablespoons fresh basil,2 clove garlic, minced,1 teaspoon grated ginger,1/4 cup chopped green onions,3 tablespoons lime juice,1 tablespoon soy sauce,2 tablespoons sugar (can be adjusted to your liking),1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:

  1. Simply mix ingredients together in a bowl and stir until well combined.
