
Ingredients:
- Dry Mix: 1 cup gluten free flour blend
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- For each soufflé: 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. butter
Instructions:
- Combine dry ingredients into a bowl
- For each soufflé: Into a ramekin add 1/4 cup dry mix
- Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Add 1 egg
- Add 1 tsp. of soft or melted butter
- Stir and cook in the microwave for 1 minute
