Gluten Free Muffin Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • Dry Mix: 1 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
  • For each soufflé: 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients into a bowl
  2. For each soufflé: Into a ramekin add 1/4 cup dry mix
  3. Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  4. Add 1 egg
  5. Add 1 tsp. of soft or melted butter
  6. Stir and cook in the microwave for 1 minute
