Grilled Prawns

Ingredients: Black pepper,1 clv garlic, finely chopped,1 lime,1 small onion finely chopped,1 teaspoon sea salt,1 pound raw tiger prawns, peeled & deveined,1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:

  1. Mix the garlic and onion with the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the prawns and toss.Marinate in the refrigerator (at least 3 hrs).Grill the prawns on a barbecue or griddle for about 5 minutes, turning once.
  3. Mix together the salt, pepper and the juice from the lime to make a dip for the prawns.
