Ingredients: • 3-4 tbsp Coriander Seeds, Roasted and Crushed,• ½ tsp Dry Yeast,• ¾ cup Refined Flour,• 2 tsp Oil,1/4 teaspoon salt,• ½ tbsp Sesame Seeds, Roasted,• ½ tbsp Black Sesame Seeds(Optional),• 2 tsp Sugar,1/2 cup water,• Water as required (for Dough)
Instructions:

  1. Take a large bowl, add yeast and sugar with warm water. Set aside
  2. Take another bowl, sieve flour and salt in to bowl.
  3. Combined yeast mixture in to the bowl and knead smooth dough with required water. Cover it with a damp cloth for 30-40 minutes till dough doubles in size
