- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch cream tartar
- 1/4 cup spreadable seedless raspberry jam
- Ganache frosting, recipe follows
- 1 pint strawberries or raspberries, for garnish
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
