Not Your Normal Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients: 1 avocado (diced),1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes,fresh cilantro flakes,1 (4oz) green chilis,guacamole (here’s a GREAT recipe),1 medium lime (to juice),pepper,refried beans (I like to use the fat free version),shredded mexican blend cheese,sour cream
Instructions:

  1. Layer your bowl with refried beans.
  2. Add a layer of guacamole.
  3. Add a layer of sour cream.
  4. Add a layer of diced tomatoes and green chilis. (If you can buy Rotel, grab a can and use that instead.)
  5. Add a layer of shredded cheese.
  6. Sprinkle cilantro and pepper on top.
  7. Add the sliced and diced avocado bites and then drizzle with the juice of a lime.
