Ingredients:
- 1 can of pizza dough (I used Pillsbury thin crust)
- 4 eggs
- 4 strips of bacon (you could use breakfast sausage also)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut dough into 5 inch circles, I was able to get 4 individual pizzas. I used a bowl turned upside down to cut the dough.
- Brush each pizza with melted butter.
- Prepare pizza dough according to package.
- Cook bacon on stove top while pizza dough is cooking.
- Half way through the dough cooking crack one egg onto each pizza and season with salt and pepper.
- Continue cooking until the crust is golden brown and the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from oven top with bacon or sausage.
