- 2 sm. pkg. red Jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- x 9 x 2 cake pan. Mix Jello and hot water when Jello is dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water. Add 1 can crushed pineapple with juice. And 1 can cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until set.
- Mix 1 large 8 oz. package of cream cheese and 1 small sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 10x sugar to taste. Spread this over the Jello after it is firm.
