Simple Whole Wheat Crepes

Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons butter, melted,3 eggs,1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional),1 cup milk,pinch of sea salt,1 cup white whole wheat flour
Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. The batter should be thin.
  2. Let it sit at least 30 minutes—or even overnight.When it comes time to cook your crêpes you can do it the traditional way, in a crêpe pan, or you can use an electric crêpe maker.
