Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup vegan cane sugar (3/4 cup for cookies, reserve 1/4 cup for cinnamon sugar topping)
- 1 1/2 cup cold water or non dairy milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
