Strawberry Sauce Tartlets

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons brandy,1 egg yolk,2 cups all-purpose flour,3 tablespoons ice water,3-4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice,1 tablespoon milk,1/8 teaspoon salt,2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced,¼ cup sugar,150 gr. (2/3 cup) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:

  1. Make the dough: In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and salt to combine.
  2. Add butter, pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal, with a few pea-size pieces of butter remaining.
