White Chocolate and Fresh Grated Coconut Cake

Ingredients: 140 grams white chocolate,,100 grams fresh grated coconut,,100 grams fresh grated coconut,,120 grams sugar,,100 grams butter,,60 grams flour,,4 eggs divided,,1 teaspoon baking powder,,1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven at 302F
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a “bain marie” on medium heat.
  3. Out of fire, add the butter and stir well.
  4. Stir in the egg yolks one by one,
  5. Add the flour, grated coconut, sugar, baking powder & baking soda.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in the mixture carefully.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes (check with the tip of a knife).
