Ingredients: 3 tablespoons Sugar,1/4 cup Vinegar,1 teaspoon Salt,3 tablespoons Oil,1 Green pepper,2 Scallions with tops (up to 3),3 cups Chopped cabbage

- Combine part “A” and shake well. Chop part “B”.
- Add all of the above to 3 cups chopped cabbage
