Asian Soft Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon chopped chives,3 eggs,1 teaspoon oyster sauce,1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper,1/4 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs and add oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and cracked black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and gently stir eggs. Cook until the eggs slightly curdles but dont let it get dry. Scrambled eggs should stay a bit creamy (soft scrambled).
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Can be eaten with Wanton Crisps or Melba toasts.
