Chavrie Tabbouleh

Ingredients: 2 cups Bulgur wheat,11 ounces Chavrie® Goat Log,1 ounce Lemon juice,1 teaspoon Chopped mint,Olive oil,1/2 cup parsley, chopped,1 cup Red onion (minced),Salt and Pepper to taste,1 ea. Tomato diced,8 ounces water
Instructions:

  1. Place Bulgur wheat in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over and cover with aluminum foil or a large lid.
  2. Let stand for 30 minutes until the liquid is absorbed
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients omitting the Chavrie Goat Log.Season with salt and pepper and chill well
  4. Dice the Chavrie Goat Log and fold into the mixture
