Coffeehouse Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk, steamed
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup espresso

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat 1 cup milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until milk is steaming.
  2. 2. Using a frother, whip 1/2 cup cold milk until foamy. Divide 1 cup espresso between 2 coffee cups. Divide warmed milk between cups. Spoon milk foam on top to taste.
