Green Side Salad With Sweet and Spicy Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons basil, minced,4 tablespoons basil, minced,4 tablespoons champagne vinegar,1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced,2 teaspoons honey,8 cups lettuce, mixed greens,2 tablespoons olive oil,4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions:

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Toss with lettuce and tomato.
  2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
