  • 1 side of skin-on wild salmon (3 lbs.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Vegetable oil for grill
  • 4 lemons, halved and visible seeds removed
  • Fresh fig leaves for platter (optional)
  • Fresh chervil leaves or snipped chives
