Homemade Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients: 1/2 cup – Simply Apple or Apple Cider,1 cup – Brown Sugar (packed),1 cup – Brown Sugar (packed),1/4 teaspoon – Cinnamon,1/4 teaspoon – Nutmeg,1/4 teaspoon – Pumpkin Pie Spice,2 cups – Pumpkin Puree
Instructions:

  1. Simmer all items in a pot until most of the liquid has evaporated and the pumpkin butter has thickened. Store in a sealable plastic container in the fridge and enjoy.
