Italian-Style Meatloaf

Ingredients: 2 pounds Lean beef round,16 ounces Can tomatoes,1 clove garlic, minced,⅛ tsp garlic powder,2 Onions — chopped,2 teaspoons Dried oregano,1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:

  1. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Chop tomatoes; mix thoroughly with the ground beef round and remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf.
  2. Place on rack in baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 one hour, basting frequently with reserved tomato juice.
