  • 1 pound fresh Swiss chard*
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (9-oz.) package refrigerated linguine, cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Italian blend cheese
