  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 small clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 15.5-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 16-oz. bag baby carrots
  • 6 small pita breads, cut into wedges
  • 2 celery ribs, cut into sticks, optional
