Ingredients: 4 slices bacon,8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature,1 teaspoon garlic paste,1/2 cup mayonnaise,salt and pepper to taste,32 oz sauerkraut,1/4 cup chopped shallot
Instructions:
- Cook bacon until crisp, then drain and crumble.
- Drain off bacon drippings and cook shallot in the same skillet until soft. Discard drained bacon drippings.
- Place drained sauerkraut and other ingredients in a food processor and run until smooth.
