Apple Pie Sundae

Ingredients:

• 2 large graham crackers, crushed
• 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup apple pie filling
• Cinnamon Whipped Cream, recipe follows
• 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
• 2 tablespoons caramel popcorn snack mix with peanuts
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
