Chicken Parmayonnaise

Ingredients: kosher salt and coarse pepper,1 teaspoon Italian Herbs,1/2 cup mayonnaise,1/2 cup Parmesan, grated,6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:

  1. Oven to 375.Lightly pound breasts to uniform thickness ( not thin).
  2. Combine ingredients.
  3. Place chicken in baking dish.
  4. Spread mix evenly over chicken.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until top starts to brown.
