Ingredients:

  • 1 apricot, halved and soaked in brandy
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 6 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 vanilla bean

Instructions:

  1. Place the apricot half and brown sugar in a champagne flute. Pour over with champagne or sparkling wine. Stick in half a vanilla bean.
