  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups (about 11 oz.) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups assorted candy-coated chocolate or peanut butter Easter candies, divided
  • 2 tablespoons pastel candy sprinkles
  • 4 ounces white chocolate baking squares, chopped
