  • 1/4 cup Teff Flour
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 stick butter (16 tablespoons), softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed in
  • 2 x organic cane sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cup certified gluten-free oats
