Ingredients:

  • Steak
  • 1 2 to 2 1/2-pound beef flank steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot Hungarian paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 6 to 8 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves stripped and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel (peel from 1 lemon)
  • Kosher salt (optional)
  • 60 Keebler® Town House® Original crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
