White Chocolate Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 24 ounces White Chocolate Chunks
  • 2 Cans Coconut Milk
  • 1 quart Coconut Milk Drinking Beverage
  • cup Agave Nectar
  • 2 cups Toasted Almonds

Instructions:

  1. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate with agave.
  2. Mix in coconut milk and coconut drinking beverage.
  3. Cool & Churn. During the last 3 minutes, add the cooled toasted almonds.
  4. Freeze until firm and enjoy!
